Adding more drama to the already headline-dominating family, Khloe Kardashian is facing a lawsuit at the hands of a transgender woman.
The legal filing claims that the 27-year-old E! reality star assaulted the alleged victim during a tiff outside of a Hollywood nightclub back on December 5, 2009.
According to TMZ, the plaintiff, Chantal Spears (aka Ronald Spears), says that she was badly injured at the hands of Miss Kardashian after she approached Khloe's NBA star husband Lamar Odom to tell him that he's too young to be married.
While no arrests were made and no charges were filed, Spears is now attempting to land a cash settlement seeking unspecified damages.
