Lady Gaga showed her support for labelmate Kendrick Lamar on Twitter and at the Pitchfork Music Festival this weekend.

<P>Having more than 27 million monsters on your trail is more than enough to rattle even the bravest of souls, but <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/kendrick_lamar/artist.jhtml">Kendrick Lamar</a> welcomes the attention that comes with a few tweets from Lady Gaga. "That's a real good friend... a real good friend," K-Dot <a href="http://www.thesource.com/articles/231688/Exclusive%3A-Kendrick-Lamar-Talks-Friendship-With-Lady-GaGa?tw_p=twt" target="_blank">told</a> the Source on Sunday of the pop megastar.</P><P>It all began on the Fourth of July, when Gaga sent a tweet to her Interscope labelmate and hashtagged his <i>Section.80</i> single "Rigamortis," but she turned things up when she showed up at the Compton MC's show during the Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago on Sunday. "@kendricklamar #womenweedandweather listening to The Recipe. Can your new album come out now so i can go out to clubs and dance again," Gaga tweeted before giving Kendrick the thumbs up on his latest single. " 'Swimming Pool' is so cool."</P><P></p><div class="player-placeholder right" title="Kendrick Lamar And Dr. Dre Perfect Their Recipe" id="vid:791225.id:1687247" width="415" height="255"></div><p></P><P>On Friday, Lamar dropped <a href="http://rapfix.mtv.com/2012/07/13/kendrick-lamar-swimming-pools-drank-album-single/">"Swimming Pools (Drank)"</a>, the T-Minus-produced drinking ode that finds Kendrick pondering the effects of alcoholism and other addictions.</P><P>After Gaga <a href="https://twitter.com/kendricklamar/status/224569150364856321" target="_blank">retweeted</a> Kendrick's "The Power is really in my hair n---a" message, the Black Hippy spitter playfully responded back: "@ladygaga Indeed. My hair manifested those lyrics. One million sun beams. 10 strands of gray."</P><P>Seems like the two are quite fond of each other, but whether a collaboration is in the works is anyone's guess.
