Andrew Garfield Stops By “The Late Show”

Giving his new film “The Amazing Spider-Man” another plug, Andrew Garfield was spotted at “The Late Show with David Letterman” last night (June 26).

And while the “Social Network” stud chatted a bit about his movie, he really wanted to talk about his fellow guest, NBA Champion LeBron James.

Garfield began, “I know of LeBron... I was just thinking of how odd that life must be- of building up to one point and if you don’t win that thing, then what happens and how do you feel?”

“And if you do win it you’re defined by that, and if you don’t win it you’re defined by that, and then what happens...” he trailed off.

Letterman shot back, “As you know, sports have always been a metaphor for life itself, so it’s no different in sports than in life period. That’s why we love sports.”
